The Council of Catholic Women (CCW) is offering a knitting, crocheting, embroidering etc. group. While some of the ladies are making baby blankets for the Swaddling Angels CCW Ministry, you do not have to make a baby blanket to join the group. Nor do you need to know how to make a blanket. I can teach you. Our next meeting is Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026 from 11:30 to 2:00 in the conference room in the Parish Hall.

If you missed out on getting a "Box of Joy" to fill (all 150 boxes were picked up by parishioners this past weekend), you can still participate! Here's how:![]()

A regular shoe box can be used. Attached are the instructions for packing a box of joy. Donations for shipping and handling can be put in a regular envelope or it can be paid online at the Cross Catholic web site. All donations will be packed and shipped like the official boxes. Must be returned to the church foyer or parish office no later than November 1, 2026, as they are packed and shipped immediately.

Our St. Frances Cabrini Men's club hit it out of the park again! On October 4th they cooked and prepared 300 meals and then traveled to Forsyth Park to feed those in need.![]()

On September 27, the Saint Frances Cabrini Catholic Church Council of Catholic Women lovingly prepared and cooked 250 meals at the church before heading to Forsyth Park to provide meals for those in need.![]()

They served 250 meals of fried chicken, potato salad, green beans, and rolls to our friends in the park. What a beautiful month it has been at St. Frances Cabrini! We have been blessed to welcome so many opportunities for faith, fellowship, and service. From hosting the Georgia Martyrs exhibit, to our CCW members sharing Christ's love through their service and cooking for those in need at Forsyth Park (photos coming soon!), to celebrating 31 years of fellowship with our Fil-Am community, God's presence has been evident among us.![]()
We continue to rejoice as our Catholic Korean Community grows, and we were grateful for the recent visit of Cross Catholic Outreach. We have also celebrated the gift of new life through Baptisms and witnessed the joy of a wedding as a couple began their sacramental journey together.![]()
Through it all, we are reminded that St. Frances Cabrini is more than a parish; it is a family of faith. Thank you for the many ways you share your time, talents, and hearts with one another. God continues to bless our community, and St. Frances Cabrini is truly flourishing.
